The Infamous LB

At a time where being a rapper is no longer an art form but a cliche term, Individuality along with originality is very hard to come by. Yet somehow the artist known as Infamous LB finds a way to separate himself from the typical rappers of today. With his unique approach, well fitting lyrics, thought out concepts and soothing voice, LB is an artist set to reach new heights and bring something great to the world of hip hop. Born Landon Braye in Ft. Rucker, Alabama, Infamous LB traveled the globe with his family. His father (Larry Braye) was in the military and his mother (Debra Pope) cared for him along with his brother and sister. Upon returning from an overseas tour in Germany, the family settled down in Enterprise, Alabama but not for long. At the age of nine, LB found himself caught in between a bitter divorce between his parents. Eventually he found himself moving to Columbus,GA and it was there he discovered his love for music. LB got his first taste of music when he joined the music program in elementary school, where he began to play the saxophone. Although he enjoyed playing the saxophone his interest soon died out and at the age of 15 he stopped playing. One short year after that LB fell in love with hip-hop. "Watching my friends freestyle at the school lunch table was one of the biggest influences of my life" he said. No one had more effect on him than his two best friends showing him everything from how to hone his skills and kick a fresh 16 on the mic, to writing a hit song! LB became intrigued with all forms of music and the music industry. He quickly recruited his talented younger brother to produce beats for him and they began to make music together. Now at the age of 22, LB is ready to take on the world of music and all it has to offer. "I don't just do music because i enjoy it, i do music with hopes that it will make a difference in someone else life" ~LB~

"Brian G"

Brian G is not your typical white rapper. When you first encounter him you are expecting something along the lines of Eminem, Everlast, or Bubba Sparxxx. But then you listen to his music, and are pleasantly surprised to find it along the lines of popular "old skool" 80s greats such as Fresh Prince (now Will Smith), Shock-G (of Digital Underground fame), or Slick Rick. He has a clever knack for rapping about girls, drinking, and clubs, that is a nice getaway from the violence and redundance in today's rap. If you had to pigeonhole this guy that seems to blur the line between hiphop and rock, you would most likely call him a throwback to the rap we used to and still enjoy. He definitely puts a fresh spin on what direction hiphop could and should be doing today.
